Do you still create traditional artwork?

The short answer is no I don't.

Supplies for colored pencil drawings and oil paintings are just too pricey. So I switched to digital. Best financial decision ever because I don't have to pay for stuff over and over to be able to create. IPad is just too convenient.

How do I contact you for a commission?

I am a business/ vendor interested in carrying your products and/ or designs in my store, do you offer wholesale?

If you are a shop or franchise interested in licensing and carrying my brand in your store, please reach out to me via email! Please provide
your shop/business name, the products you are interested in
and a link to your social media if you have one! 

Depending on the items you are interested in, my MOQ is 10-20 items.
 

Yes, I also license out my designs for products for royalties.

When will my order ship?

Orders are processed as quickly as
possible. (We are not Amazon).

Typically, you can anticipate on your order shipping (if all
items are IN STOCK and NOT pre-order) within 1-5
business days. Depending on the volume of orders or any events in
my day, sometimes items may take 3-7 business days.

My business is ran solely by me and everything is handled by myself. So
I ask for your patience when purchasing from me. If you ever
have any concerns with your order or the fulfillment time frame, simply send an email or DM on any of my other social media.

My order says it's delivered, but it isn't here.

We are sorry to hear about this issue! Unfortunately, once a package leaves our hands, we are unable to
provide any further information due to this being a postal carrier issue.
Please understand that we are not liable for lost or stolen packages, but are always willing to help you try to find it. We know how frustrating it is to not receive a package.

Here are some tips for what to do if your package was scanned as delivered, but nowhere to be found.

We strongly recommend checking around your house, with neighbors, garage
area or Apartment Leasing office. Almost ALWAYS it is one of the
mentioned issues. Also, sometimes a carrier may mis-scan, or mis-deliver
your package. It usually will show up the following business day. The best thing to do is to ask your mail person directly. They will have the most information.

In addition to the above, please be sure to double check the shipping address you provided at checkout.

If you suspect your package was a subject of theft, we recommend filing a
police report and notifying your post office. You can request a GPS
scan location report for your package from your local post office, where
they can help confirm whether or not your package was safely delivered
to the correct location.

* For Domestic Orders Only: If you can confirm with your local post
office that the package was in fact delivered to the wrong address
entirely (by fault of the carrier), please provide me a copy of the
official letter and GPS scan and I would be happy to send a
replacement. 

 

For future orders:

Please contact me if you would like us to add Signature Confirmation to
your future order and I will be happy to do so for a small fee ($3). We
cannot add it after a package is shipped or mid-transit, and it will
need to be added prior to your order being fulfilled.

Sorry, but I cannot provide refunds or reshipment of packages marked delivered. Thank you for your understanding.

My tracking says Pre-Shipment/Tracking has not updated for 24 hours.

Please be patient with your tracking to update! If your item
has not updated in 2 weeks (and you are within the USA) please feel free
to email me and I will try to help you with it.

I placed an order but I don't want it anymore.

If you placed an order but wanted to include additional items, please contact me as soon as you finalize your order. 

All sales with are final and we do not offer refunds on
'accidental purchases' or buyers remorse based purchases. However, if
you need me to adjust something on your order, send me an email
and I will help resolve any mistakes with your information/final items! 

You can reply to your order confirmation email to contact me.

I received my order but an item is missing or incorrect.

I apologize for this mistake! If you by chance have received an
incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please email me with your order number and the issue so that I may rectify it as soon as I can.

You can reply directly to me via your order email confirmation as well.

** NOTE ** If your order consists
of items that are pre-order as well as in stock items, your order will not ship until the pre-order items have completed production and are in hand.

I purchased a pre-order item, can I cancel?

As my policies state, all sales are final. This is especially
applied for pre-orders as they are crowdfunded based products and 100%
of the proceeds go towards manufacturing/production of the item
ordered. 

Please be sure to thoroughly read each pre-order item before choosing
to order. I do my best to communicate the estimated completion time for my products so that way you are informed and there is no confusion about how long an item will take to ship. 

If you order products that are both in stock and pre-order based,
your item will not ship until ALL items are in stock.

I want to combine a new order with an existing order. Is it possible?

I cannot guarantee the combining of multiple orders but I can try to do so as long as one is right after the other. But i do ask to try and order everything at once so there is no confusion.

Instagram to ask about doing so.

My item arrived in a re-used box, why?

To keep shipping prices as low as possible for you, I have been recycling and re-using boxes if they are in good condition.

If you are not okay with recycling, please leave a note in your
order and we will do our best to use brand-new packaging materials. 

Enamel Pin FAQ

What is the difference between A and B grades?

Grading scales are used to help collectors and sellers like myself
differentiate between pins that have either NO cosmetic flaws or minor
cosmetic flaws. This is not universal and every shop handles their
grading scales differently, but in regards to my own..Here is typically
how I grade my pins. 

A: Almost perfect; may have 1 or 2 specks or other barely visible flaws that do not effect the aesthetic of the pin. Although if you are someone who doesn't stress over small details, then you can save a couple dollars on a b grade.

Ideal for serious pin collectors who want pristine pins.

B: Beautiful with flaws; may have specks, enamel discoloration, small pinholes (from air bubbles), smalls scuffs on metal or marks on enamel or small missing pieces of metal on sides.

C: Could use a home; The flaws on these pins are bit more major. Such as noticeable color discoloration, noticeable scuffs on enamel, pin holes from air bubbles and such.

These pins are typically in the worst condition from production, they are very rare though.

I pre-ordered a pin, when can I expect it to arrive?

Firstly, thank you so much for supporting our pre-order releases!
Pre-ordering allows us to offset production costs so that we can make more designs into a reality and in return,
gives you the opportunity to get a good price and be some of the first customers to receive the pins! 

Pre-orders take anywhere from 2-3 months to receive. Make
sure you follow me on Instagram and my other social media for all the latest production updates on
our pin releases.

My pin has arrived and it has a bent post, what do I do?

No need to worry! Sometimes during transit, a post
may bend from the package being squished. You can carefully bend a post
back into a straight position with a pair of pliers.

As this issue is almost always due to postal carrier mishandling or
general transit handling, pins will not be replaced since this issue can easily be fixed.

However, in the event your package arrives in awful condition, please contact me first. If the pin itself
is very damaged, I consider replacing or refunding it if I am able to. 

Please take photos before opening it.

Some of my posts are wiggling, is that normal?

Yes! Our pins are usually made with what is referred to as
"dual-housing" posts. These posts consist of two parts: a base and a
covering. The posts are secured by the housing, which has a angular dome-shaped appearance wrapping around the bottom of
the post. Sometimes, the post may 'wiggle' but we can assure you that your post is not going anywhere. The wiggling actually allows a post to have room for moving when worn and helps to keep your posts
from completely breaking.

Apologies, but we do not offer exchanges or refunds on wiggling posts, because it is not a defect.
